Varsha Lafargue has a diverse background with over 15 years of experience in healthcare operational, research, and strategic planning roles. As the founder of ONEdir, she has helped shape the organization into a true platform for change in healthcare. Here, Ms. Lafargue leads the strategic oversight, operations, growth and development of the company's suite of consumer-focused health and wellness products and services. 

Ms. Lafargue is the current Founder and Chairperson of ONE HealthCare Worldwide and i-Transition, specifically running the distribution parts of these large international healthcare products and services companies.

Mr. Lafargue is a co-founder of ONEdir HealthCare and brings strong insights and working knowing of the corporate sector and corporate management.

Mr. Lafargue has developed outstanding career accomplishments and achievements in his 40 years in Oil and Energy Industry. He is occasioned with extensive experience in dealing with national and international organizations. 

Mr. Lafargue Specialties embraced through their departmental value chain: Land, Geology, Geophysics, Investors, Exploration, Prospect Drilling and Workover including Operations and Engineering. Worked with energy supply to power plants and LDCs. Planned and developed Oil & Gas prospects for all concerned, including working and royalty interest owners, managed value chain from downhole raw material hydrocarbons separated to each fractionated purity product through integrated Processes, Marketing and Distribution, all paralleled with relative Regulatory and Environmental Affairs.

For Krish, what originally started as an interest in design has now become a mission to improve healthcare through architectural innovation.  ONEdir benefits from his 30+ years of experience as a strategic planner and developer for the Spartanburg (S.C.) Regional Healthcare System.  Krish earned his masters in healthcare administration at The George Washington University.

CFO

Aarti brings both operational and programmatic support to the organization. As the CFO, supervises the finance unit and is the chief financial spokesperson for the organization. She involves on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new revenues opportunities. 

VP - Research & Strategic Alliances

Rubina is a business analyst with a specialization in collaborative business relationships, build upon an extensive business development experience in developing and maintaining business relationships with major global accounts.

Ms. Goldstein is a networker, confident in quickly establishing rapport with all levels of an organization, including the C-suite. Experienced in leading global virtual teams; leading in a coaching and facilitating style. She has designed patient engagement programs in diverse backgrounds and holds keen interest in what drives clients and patient engagement. Helping clients succeed is one of the biggest drives of her work.

Ms. Goldstein has proven serves in roles where changes need to be made, stakeholders need to be aligned, results need to be accomplished and people individually or as a team need to be coached to ensure a solid foundation for sustainable success.

Ms. Goldstein has been a success driver at Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic and other major hospital organization across North America.

Director - Frugal Innovations

Jaideep Prabhu is Professor of Marketing, Jawaharlal Nehru Professor of Indian Business and Enterprise, and Director of the Centre for India & Global Business at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. He has a BTech degree from IIT Delhi and a PhD from the University of Southern California, and has held positions at Cambridge, Imperial College London, Tilburg University (the Netherlands), and UCLA.  

Dr. Prabhu brings his research interests are in marketing, innovation, strategy and international business. In particular, he studies various cross-national issues concerning the antecedents and consequences of radical innovation in high-technology contexts. His current research is mainly on how multinationals are using emerging markets in Asia, Latin America and Africa as a lab to do affordable and sustainable innovation for global application.

He has published in and is on the editorial board of leading international journals such as the Journal of Marketing and the International Journal of Research in Marketing. He has appeared on BBC News24, BBC Radio 4 and Bloomberg BusinessWeek, and his work has been profiled in BusinessWeek, BBC World Service, The Economic Times, The Economist, The Financial Times, Le Monde, MIT Sloan Management Review, The New York Times, The Sunday Times and The Times. He has consulted with or taught executives from ABN Amro, Bertelsmann AG, Barclays, BP, BT, the UK Government, EDS, Egg, IBM, ING Bank, Laird, the NHS, Nokia, Philips, Roche, Shell, Siemens, Vodafone and Xerox, among others.

He is the co-author of Jugaad Innovation: Think Frugal, Be Flexible, Generate Breakthrough Growth, described by The Economist as “the most comprehensive book yet” on the subject of frugal innovation. His most recent book is Frugal Innovation: How to do More with Less.

Mr. Dyer has over 12 years experience as an entrepreneurial leader and Chief Executive Officer in the specialty hospital sector and more than 25 years experience in the health care industry - driving new business opportunities and leading innovative ventures to record levels of success. 

Mr. Dyer's recognizes the great potential ONEdir CLINICS bring to the health care delivery system and positions to be a pioneer in affordable comprehensive health care. ONEdir CLINICS simplifies the complex health care delivery system and delivers smart practice solutions for physicians and healthcare providers, enabling them to initiate and extend their practices to newer geographic locations, including those currently with little or no access to health care. Their facilities are fitted with state-of-the-art technology and energy infrastructures, making ONEdir CLINICS easy to launch or expand, and are convenient for concierge medicine, primary care or specialized care practices.

Mr. Dyer has successfully managed operational budgets up to $38 million, with direct oversight of professional teams encompassing physicians, medical staff and administrative personnel.
